2014 Mosaic

I was scrolling through my Pinterest account looking for a specific photo and realized I never did a mosaic for 2014!  Better late than never 🙂

1. River Run, 2. Escape, 3. Linked, 4. Cooler Weather, 5. To-Do List, 6. Smooth Sailing, 7. Waves, 8. Holiday Sweater, 9. Dashing, 10. American Notebook, 11. Secondary, 12. Sedimentary, 13. Daisy Pillow, 14. Zephyr, 15. Mode Mondrian, 16. An economy of red

These photos represent 5 new patterns, 6 Sew Solid Sunday projects, 1 project for a book, 1 magazine project (I did at least two more, but don’t have good photos of them yet), 1 quilt for MQG members and 1 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Robert Kaufman Kona Cotton solids.  They are loosely in reverse chronological order with An Economy of Red (pillow) being one of the first projects I finished in 2014.

It is such fun to look back at the previous year!  I’ve added an album of mosaics to my Flickr account to keep them all in one place.  Has my style changed over time?  I’m not sure – each year includes some projects I loved and some that I’m not as wild about.  I’m just going to keep sewing!

Now – on to 2015!

Debbie, I just discovered you! Such gorgeous quilts! I love all the negative space and the colors you use. Such inspiration! I'll be following (not stalking, I promise) you from now on 🙂
