Old Friends

With their beautiful curves, vases have long been a favorite shape. Old Friends started there and went on to include many other favorites: a background fabric with maps, text fabrics, soft neutral colors and a deep rich indigo. The theme continued with lots of horizontal quilting and hand stitching.
